Each product developed by GDA is the result of rigorous quality control and research, ensuring that ingredients are carefully selected and meet the nutritional needs of all animals.

To further reinforce its commitment to customer satisfaction, GDA offers the GDA 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Program for the Nutri Sabore Line. This program was created to ensure that all customers are fully satisfied with the products purchased. If the consumer is not satisfied with the Nutri Sabore purchase after offering it to their pet, the company offers the possibility of exchanging it for another package. After offering the product to their dog or cat, if the pet does not adapt to the food in any way or if a nonconformity is found in the product, GDA guarantees the right to exchange the purchased product, according to the guidelines below.

CONDITIONS TO REQUEST THE EXCHANGE OF YOUR NUTRI SABORE

• Who can request the exchange:

Individuals who have purchased Nutri Sabore Line food for consumption by their dogs or cats.

• Where the consumer may have purchased Nutri Sabore:

Products from the Nutri Sabore Line purchased at supermarkets, pet shops, agropets, veterinary clinics, and online stores within the national market.

• Time accepted by GDA for the consumer to contact SAC:

The SAC request must be made by the consumer within a maximum of 30 days after the purchase receipt.

• In which cases the consumer may request the exchange:

When the pet does not adapt to Nutri Sabore Line products or when there is any nonconformity, which will be evaluated by GDA’s quality department.

• What the consumer will receive in the exchange:

The replacement may be made with a new product of the same value shown on the original purchase receipt, and may be exchanged for the same product, a different package size, or another pet line manufactured by GDA. If none of GDA’s products meet the needs of the consumer and their pet, the consumer may request an exchange for another desired brand at the store where the Nutri Sabore Line was purchased. If the consumer chooses this option and the selected product has a higher value than the original receipt, the consumer must pay the price difference to the retailer.

• What will be requested by SAC for the exchange:

The purchase receipt, product name, package size, product photo, batch and expiration date, place of purchase, and some personal consumer data for exchange registration will be requested. The consumer must return (80% of the net weight of the product inside the original package), in good condition, to be delivered to the establishment where the purchase was made or to an address indicated by GDA SAC.

• What will not be accepted by GDA SAC:

Products with sealed packaging, products without a purchase receipt, products past the expiration date, products without the original packaging containing 80% of the original net weight, and products that are not from the Nutri Sabore Line will not be accepted.

• Where to contact SAC:

Consumers may request an exchange through the GDA website described on the back of the Nutri Sabore packaging, by accessing the contact section – (product complaint).

• Response time to the consumer:

After submitting the SAC request through the GDA website and providing all necessary information for the team to analyze whether the request is (valid) or (not valid), GDA has up to 7 days after the website contact to respond to the consumer.

• In cases where the exchange is not accepted:

In cases where the product exchange is not approved (not valid), GDA will contact the consumer explaining the reasons.

• In cases where the exchange is accepted:

If the exchange request is approved (valid), GDA will provide instructions for product replacement, sending the protocol number to both the consumer and the retailer. The exchange must be carried out at the establishment where the product was purchased by the consumer. To collect the new product, the consumer must present the exchange protocol and purchase receipt at the store.

• PERSONAL DATA

The data provided by the final consumer when contacting GDA SAC will not be used for commercial purposes, only for SAC control and for providing feedback to the consumer, in order to resolve the request.

• CHANGES TO SAC RULES

GDA reserves the right to change the rules of the 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Program of the Nutri Sabore Line at any time, without prior notice. The most recent version available on the website at the time of contact will always apply.
